Twin Happiness is a medium volatility slot from Netent.
Dreaming of 270,000 coins
Twin Happiness sparkles as a 5×3 grid, 243 ways to win slot with highlights that include wild substitutions and the Twin Reel Feature. The ultimate happiness, we assume, comes from the dream of winning up to 270,000 coins! This latest slot innovation from the developer Netent is based on Asian and Las Vegas themes.
The slot has an RTP of 96.55%.
Las Vegas meets Asia
This slots design represents an interesting contrast for Netent that is known for their beautiful artwork. We need only take a look at Imperial Riches to see the difference. This slot uses much simpler graphics which resemble an older slot or land-casino. The set of symbols contain a gold sycee, a lucky number 7, a BAR, Chinese lantern, peach and six royal flush symbols. This represents a blend of traditional Chinese symbols with common Las Vegas-style symbols. There is nothing that felt dated about the soundtrack however since it is all traditional Chinese music.
Twin Happiness slot allows for a range of betting options from £0.25 to £125 and has a return to player (RTP) of 96.55%. Designed in HTML5, it has been designed for desktop and mobile/tablet using an Android or iOS device. It is a medium volatility slot which may mean wins of any substantial amount are a little harder to come by.
A wild symbol can appear on the second to fifth reels and substitute for all the other symbols.
This is a 243 ways to win slot featuring wilds and the Twin Reel Feature.
Twin Reel Feature
The Twin Reel Feature is the big feature of this slot. On each spin, a randomly positioned pair, triplet, quadruplet or quintuplet reels, called Twin reels, are linked together to synchronise the symbols so that they are all identical. This creates the opportunity to win larger sums of cash.
Twin Happiness opinion: payout potential designed with Asian Market in Mind
Clearly, the attention grabber of Twin Happiness is the potential 270,000 coins win. I enjoyed the Twin Reel Feature, particularly as it is triggered randomly on every spin and can synchronize up to 5 reels together. The game also has wilds but my experience was that I could go stretches without landing one which is what I don’t want from a wild.
The artwork is meant to blend elements of both Asia and Las Vegas but, unfortunately, what is meant to feel nostalgic felt a little dated to me. Interestingly, it would seem that Netent is increasingly trying to appeal to the Asian market. While I would have liked at least one additional feature to keep me entertained for longer, the slot does have payout potential so I would recommend having a look.
