Random Features
While in the main game, it is possible to randomly trigger up to three random features: multiplier boost, second chance, block breaker, extra spins, random wilds, symbol multiplier and symbol upgrade.
The second chance feature might trigger after a losing round offering a re-spin. The blocks remain in place provided no simultaneous block breaker feature is awarded. The block breaker feature will destroy from 2 to 4 blocks to expand the reel area. The random wilds feature adds from 1 to 3 wilds onto the reels from the second to fifth reels. The symbol multiplier feature awards a 5x, 10x, 15x or 20x multiplier for all wins using this symbol. The symbol upgrade feature will upgrade a random symbol into the next highest value in the paytable.
The extra spins feature awards a single free spin, and the multiplier boost feature increases a progressive multiplier by 1.
The slot has a medium to high volatility with an RTP of 95.53%.
Wild symbols
Wild symbols appear in the second to fifth reels and substitute for all the other symbols.
Re-Spins
A re-spin is awarded, up to 5 consecutive times, for each winning combination. Each successive win causes the bet ways to increase, by removing blocks, as follows:

- second re-spin: 405 bet ways
- third re-spin: 675 bet ways
- fourth re-spin: 1,125 bet ways
- fifth re-spin: 1,875 bet ways

Extra spins Meter: Extra spins & Super Extra spins
A star fills up the extra spins meter to the right of the reels when two blocks are unlocked. Fill the meter with five stars to unlock all the blocks and increase the bet ways to 3,125. The Super Token Meter to the left of the reels filled with 2,000+ super tokens trigger Super Extra spins. Tokens (from 1 – 5) are awarded whenever a block is unlocked. The extra spins screen presents us with a choice of three actions.
We can opt to start 8 extra spins or 8 super extra spins if we have 2,000 or more tokens. We can instead opt to buy super tokens to reach the 2,000 token threshold to enter Super Extra spins. Lastly, we can Gamble Super Tokens, using our existing Super Tokens, for the chance to enter Super Extra spins.
In Super Extra spins mode, a progressive multiplier is applied to all wins. The value increases with each consecutive win or when the multiplier boost feature is awarded.

Reel Rush 2 Opinion: A Real Head Rush
Reel Rush 2 comes packed with features, and although the cutesy artwork is not typically my thing, the complete package including a rainbow of features oddly worked for me. Don’t be fooled though as the volatility is towards the high end, which should not be surprising given the maximum payout of 5,000x bet. In short, Netent seems to have a winner here, and I’d suggest players try it for themselves.
