PlayFrank Relaunched in 2020 New Casino Platform
PlayFrank Casino relaunched on the Aspire Global Ltd. gaming platform in January 2020.
PlayFrank’s previous operating platform was EveryMatrix Software Ltd. EveryMatrix’s UK license was temporarily suspended by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) in September of 2019.
“This [suspension] followed compliance activity which included examining its customer interaction framework“ (UKGC)
So it’s obvious that the online casino should have moved so fast. The migration began last month, and it finally concluded on January 29, when they finished migrating all the information.
PlayFrank’s website was down on 29 January 2020 while the migration finished.

It’s important to note that PlayFrank players will not be affected by these changes. The suspension of EveryMatryx’s license came after a general review by the UKCG, and did not result from complaints by clients. Furthermore, Aspire Global’s licenses from several reputable regulators are a solid guarantee of their security and fairness.
“EveryMatrix remains committed to providing a fair and safe experience to its players, and all affected players can access their accounts and withdraw any funds held there at any time during the suspension period.”
PlayFrank accounts and funds
Players with PlayFrank accounts do not need to worry about their funds. If you have an account with PlayFrank, you’ll be able to play as if nothing had changed.
However, if you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to contact PlayFrank’s customer support service. Their live chat agents are available 24 hours a day, and they are quick to answer and prepared to answer all your questions.
All player information was transferred to the Aspire platform on January 29. If you tried to access your PlayFrank account on that day, you’ll have noticed that the site was temporarily down.
You, the player, don’t need to worry about PlayFrank’s platform change.
If you haven’t heard anything about this change of platform, it’s because it’s not an issue for players. And, in fact, it really shouldn’t be. So if you didn’t notice a change, that’s a good thing. Because when a process like this goes well, we as players shouldn’t see any difference.
Well, maybe that’s not entirely true.
So if you were asking yourself “why should I care about PlayFrank’s platform change?”, you’ll be interested in the next bit of this news…
There is one thing you will notice when logging back into PlayFrank: new developers.
Aspire has partnerships with casino software suppliers that weren’t available on PlayFrank’s former platform.
This means that you’ll be immediately able to play games by one of my favourite developers: Play’N Go. This is great news for anyone who likes the PlayFrank website but had to go elsewhere to play hits like Honey Rush and Chronos Joker. And if you’re a fan of the Book of Dead series, you’ll be happy to know that they just released their first game of 2020: Legacy of Dead.
You can play all of these slots for free by going to our reviews and clicking Play Demo Mode.
What’s even more exciting, PlayFrank will soon feature Blueprint Gaming among its suppliers. We recently reviewed Blueprint, which is quickly becoming one of the leading developers of slot games. With a solid 20 releases per year, they now have over 175 games you can enjoy. This is even better news If you love Megaways™ slots and franchise games.

Casino operators & platforms
Casino aggregator platforms are an important part of the iGaming industry. They provide services to casinos operators. These include content, security, payments, and even customer support.
And, just like casino operators and software developers, platforms must be licensed to operate in regulated markets like the UK.
Aspire Global is one of the biggest providers of solutions for online casino operators and white labels. Their solutions include management, risk control, support and payment methods.
Aspire has over 30 payment methods.
If you’re wondering about their credentials, I just want to point out three things:
- Aspire’s reputation is guaranteed by its licenses from regulating bodies in the UK, Malta, Sweden, Ireland and Portugal.
- The company closed 2019 by acquiring the major game aggregator platform Fairplay.
- They partnered with 888casino to enter New Jersey, a major regulated market in the US.
To put it briefly: PlayFrank’s platform change matters beyond the new games providers. That’s because Aspire’s resources will now be available to PlayFrank Casino.
