Escape the Phantom’s Curse…
Opera performances are times when theatres come alive with the sound of music, brightening even the darkest corners of the audience’s lives, but the Phantom’s curse has cast a shadow over tonight’s show. The theatre lies abandoned, only drifting smoke and empty seats staring back – he has stolen the soprano! The show cannot go on without her… can you enter NetEnt’s brand new 40-payline, pay-both-ways slot and restore things to their rightful place?
The five reels float against the deserted theatre, while dramatic music sweeps you into the story. There are tools at hand here to help you find Christine; look out for scatter symbols on reels one, three and five – collecting three of these will unlock the extra spins and transport you into the middle of a performance. At the top of the screen, a chandelier hangs from five ropes, each one connected to a specific reel. If a Masked Phantom symbol appears, the rope connected to that reel will be cut. Once this has happened to all five, the chandelier will fall upon the audience and the extra spin round will end. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for the respins, which come with sticky wilds and are activated when fully stacked Phantom and mask symbols land on reel one and reel five respectively.
A fully stacked Phantom on reel one and a fully stacked Christine on reel five will trigger the Pick and Click feature, where you choose between a selection of roses to reveal either wins or blockers. Selecting a blocker will level you up to stage two, where you must pick one of three mirrors and multiply your win from stage one by up to x3.
Do you have what it takes to capture the Phantom and reap the rewards? Then play Phantom’s Curse!
